Terms of Use
Welcome to HWESTA. These General Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the websites, applications, Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms, and other online services provided by HWESTA ("Platform").
By browsing, registering, or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision set forth herein, you must not use our services.

1. Eligibility and Registration
To use the exclusive features and logged-in areas of the Platform, the user must register in advance, providing accurate, correct, and up-to-date personal data.
- Age of Majority: Our services are directed exclusively to individuals aged 18 (eighteen) years or older. Registration by minors is expressly prohibited.
- Account Security: Access credentials (login and password) are confidential, personal, and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access data and for all activities performed through their account.
- Accuracy of Data: HWESTA reserves the right to refuse registrations, as well as to suspend or cancel accounts that contain false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
2. License of Use and Restrictions
HWESTA grants the user a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Platform strictly in accordance with the conditions of these Terms.
The user is expressly prohibited from:
- Using the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent purpose or in violation of third-party rights;
- Engaging in reverse engineering, decompilation, modification, or creation of derivative works based on the Platform's technology;
- Using robots, spiders, automated scripts, or data mining tools to access, monitor, or extract content from the Platform without express written authorization;
- Introducing viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or any other malicious code that could damage, interfere with, or intercept the Platform's systems and data.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform — including, but not limited to, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, source codes, software architecture, graphics, designs, interfaces, and promotional materials — belong exclusively to HWESTA or its licensors.
The use of the Platform does not grant the user any ownership rights or interest in HWESTA's intellectual property assets. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation of these materials will result in applicable civil and criminal sanctions.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
HWESTA is committed to the ethical, integral, and secure processing of your personal data. All information collected during the use of the Platform will be processed in strict compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and our internal policies, as detailed in our Privacy Notice.
5. Limitation of Liability
HWESTA exerts its best efforts to keep the Platform secure, stable, and up to date. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, technical failures, network fluctuations, or temporary unavailability;
- HWESTA shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of the platform by the user, or from failures in the internet connection and devices of the user;
- The portal may contain links to third-party websites. HWESTA exercises no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, terms of use, or privacy policies of external domains.
6. Suspension and Termination
HWESTA may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the user's access to the Platform, without prior notice, if any violation of these Terms is detected, if there are signs of fraudulent activities, or due to legal or judicial determination.
7. Amendments to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect technical improvements, new features, or legislative updates. Whenever material changes are made, the update date at the bottom of the document will be modified. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Venue of the Judicial District of São Paulo, SP, is hereby elected, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged, to resolve any controversies arising from this document.
